Company setup cost

Some expenses are paid by the director on behalf of the company during before incorporation or initial setup of the company
 
Example incorporation fee, setup website, initial rental deposit, buying of equipment (phone, computer).
It will be an amount owing to the director as a credit amount and debit the various expenses, when the accounting system is setup and ready to enter as expenses (preliminary expenses)

 


Step 1: Amend the chart of accounts to the director name

 

Click [Setup] --> [Chart of Accounts]

 

 

Step 2 : At [A/c Entry], click [GL Journal]

 

Click [Add]

 

 

 

Follow the steps from [1] to [12]

 

 

 

 

Step 3: Enter the payment from the company bank account        

 

Follow the steps [1] to [10]
