FAQ : The error message appeared below during my installation
Note : This issue often happens in Windows version else than Professional & ultimate.
Please check either Net Framework 3.5 is checked (ticked) & installed or not , If not then please download & install it by the following shown method .
Step 1/7. Go to Control Panel > Program > uninstall a Program .
Step 2/7. From the Left hand side Panel or column , please find the option "Turn Windows Features On or Off " .
Check (Tick) this option ".Net Framework 3.5 (including .Net 2.0 and 3.0)" to download & install it & click OK .
Step 3/7. Please wait while System search for required files .
Step 4/7.Select the below highlighted option "Let Windows Update download the files for you" .
Step 5/7. . Please wait while Windows download, install the required files & done apply the changes .
Step 6/7.Windows has completed the requested changes, Click Close to Proceed .
Note : Here System may ask to restart your PC, please restart to apply changes & proceed .
Step 7/7: Restart the machine Click here to reinstall crystal report into your machine again
