Customer Master - Export to Excel

If you need to export your customer  listing (or any reports in Realtimme cloud),  to excel format , follow the steps below.

Note : Not all fields will be included in the exported excel file. Please ask for a separate quote from billing@realtimme.net  if you need other fields to be included

For illustration purpose, we use Customer master listing report to export to excel

At [Setup], select [Customer Master]

 Follow the steps in [1] to [3]

Follow the steps from [4] to [7] below

         At your [Document] folder, you should be able to see your customer profile in excel format.
