Batch Disposal

If you have a batch of fixed asset to dispose off at one go (because of wear and tear), use the following function

To dispose 2 or more fixed asset at one go,

 At [Fixed Asset] , click [Asset Disposal]

 1. Select the filter by location or Asset Category or Asset Group
               (example Asset Category)

 2. Supposing you have 4 chairs to dispose off, click [Chairs]

 3. Click Refresh [All assets under the category of chairs will appear)

 4. Tick on the 4 chairs to be disposed off

 5. Enter the disposal date

 6. Enter the disposal value (if any)

 7. Enter the disposal reference number (will be reflected in the GL journal)

 8. Once confirm, click [Post Disposal]
