Group Account

You can link 2 main accounts from different department to the group accounts.

Example if there are 2 profit centre of department 1 and department 2, each departments has 2 or more vehicles and you want to sum up the 2 department's vehicle accounts into the group accounts reporting (A-M00)

First create Group Accounts A-M00 , select Account Characteristic as [G]

Next , link the Motor Vehicle Main account of Department 1 to A-M00 Group account

Next , link the Motor Vehicle Main account of Department 2 to A-M00 Group account
