Delete accounts code        

Once you created an accounts, system do not allow you to delete.

You are not allowed to delete the accounts code, however, you can inactive them.

You will see a message [ Do not delete. Please click Edit and set this account to In-active]

Assuming If you do not need [ A-F002-1] Motor Vehicle account ,

[1] Highlight on the account and click [Delete]
[2] You will not be able to delete the chart of accounts.                                                                                   [3[ Click [Edit] to set it to inactive (Hide) instead.

Some important accounts are linked to other modules which will disrupt the system if user accidentally delete them.
