Name 2 , Name 3

This feature is useful when you have management reporting in different language. Business owners will find this useful if your overseas venture is in different language.

Your Profit and Loss or Balance sheet can be presented in different language as entered in Name 2 and/or Name 3 field.

If your management has both reading Japanese or English only, you can put both language into your chart of accounts name.
 
Below example is when the default accounts name is in Japanese language but head office reporting of financial statements to be in English.

: Set accounts name in 2 or more language

 Accounts Classification Japanese language, English and Simplified Chinese

Chart of Accounts in Japanese language, English and Simplified Chinese

Expenses in Japanese language, English and Simplified Chinese

When printing Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss  you have the option to print your report in name 1, 2 or 3
