Non active vs inactive customer

FAQ : What is the difference between inactive and non-active customer.

Answer : Inactive customer are those that has no more transactions or business dealings with your company and can be manually hidden in the inactive tab in the customer master.
 

Non-active customer are still your existing customers but business activity is low. You can print a list of non-active customers within a certain date range for follow up action by the marketing team.
